Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using asgmusic.org or purchasing tickets to any ASG Music event. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its related systems.

Ticket Purchases

Pricing. Ticket prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice until the time of purchase. All sales are final unless an event is cancelled or significantly changed by ASG Music.

Refunds. If ASG Music cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original payment method. If you are unable to attend, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person at your discretion. Please contact us at info@asgmusic.org to arrange a transfer.

Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ASG Music does not store credit card information.

Event Attendance

By attending an ASG Music event, you agree that:

• You will comply with all venue rules and the direction of event staff.
• ASG Music may photograph or record the event, and your likeness may appear in promotional materials.
• You attend at your own risk. ASG Music is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
• Children attending with you are your responsibility.

Venue Disclaimer

Events held at the Christian Family Center (ICHA Ministries Camp) are not affiliated with or sponsored by ICHA Ministries. Use of the facility does not imply endorsement by ICHA Ministries of ASG Music or its events.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of the Alliance for Sacred and Gospel Music and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASG Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at any event.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
